We are a family-run guesthouse based in beautiful and peaceful Patnem beach in South Goa. We value a personal approach and welcome all our guests ourselves to ensure that you feel at home. Our family-run guest house is a perfect place to start your Goa adventure. Since we as a family of 4 are living at the guest house, we can provide the best service at all times. We strive to give all of our guests an outstanding experience and we make it our duty to ensure that you fall in love with Goa.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I rented a fan room and it had 2 double beds and a kitchen and bathroom. The shower worked well but I am too tall for it (194cm) . Friendly helpful staff and a short walk to the restaurants and beach.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This is a really lovely place. I stayed here for 3 months, but it would be just as good for shorter stays. Good hot water shower and air con, the beach is a 5 minute walk away.  Dinesh and Nikhal take brilliant care of their guests, I could not have asked for better service. They were extremely kind to me during my long stay and the whole family was lovely. The internet is high quality so it’s a great place to work from, and the rooms are peaceful. Usha keeps the place absolutely spotless, they do a great laundry service, money exchange, and scooter hire. My advice would be if you want something, ask for it and they will do their very best to sort it for you. If it’s not rented you can use the roof terrace for yoga practice - the view of the jungle is lovely. I woke up to birdsong every morning, watched the light change from the balcony in the evening, I miss this place all the time, it holds a special place in my heart. I hope to return soon.

The accommodation was just perfect, clean spacious and great location. A five minute walk to Patnem beach. The owner and family are lovely and really look after you. They can organise money exchange, scooter hire and give recommendations on places to go etc. Would definitely recommend and will be returning again. Thanks guys 👍
