Our Yoga Shala is a large roof top terrace, equipped with sufficient shade to provide the optimal environment for practice and to protect yoginis from rain and sunlight. It is an open air hall allowing natural air to flow through. Once you step inside the Yoga Shala you immediately feel close to nature with a view on swaying palm tree tops and the sounds of singing birds. Being close to the sea and the beach, it provides a peaceful environment that is most conducive to yoga practice and learning.
Our Yoga Shala is also suitably constructed for aerial yoga practice, it offers space for 8 aerial yoga students.
Groups of a maximum of 25 students can be accommodated in the Shala and in our guesthouse.
The Yoga Shala comes with a private office/teacher room with A/C and private bathroom (hot water & toilet).
